This was a strictly utilitarian project to create my own creative and professional working space. 

The double layer design allows to work cleanly, simultaneously keeping all the necessary tools and materials at hand. That space is also used as a storage, in addition to the crates on the side of the bench. The height is comfortable while working seated as well as standing. 

The set is completed with a "toolchair". The simple design adds much more storage space to the station, while its height matches the bench itself. 

The materials used for the pieces is plywood, and the second-hand plastic additions: the crates and the seat. I purposely left the surface unvarnished, so over time the object would get the “patinated” look.
