This performance aimed to show happiness in a very personal meaning. To define that, I focused on the preceding months of solitude and what this time made me lack the most: friendships and human interactions. 

The performance itself was based on the idea that to become truly happy we need to selflessly give away the happiness ourselves. In order to do that I covered myself with the Post-it notes with the smiley faces drawn on them, so the people around could collect them. 

The result became more dynamic than initially expected. Some people took the notes, while others collected the ones that flew off with the wind and stuck them back onto me. Some wanted to hug, others – to have a chat. Eventually, what had been planned as a giving moment, turned out to be an experience of shared actions, emotions and smiles.
