We’ve been robbed of nature around us and been told that boxes, cubicles and standardised offices are better for us, make us more human. Then, we’ve developed anxiety and depression.  

Multiple studies have shown that a disturbed work-life balance increases the risk of occupational burnout 12 times, increases the probability of being subjected to strong stress at work 6 times and increases the risk of depression 3 times. The “Green up!” project originated with the in-depth research on that imbalance and a professional burn-out, that usually follows. In the process, I started searching for solutions to improve the employees' well-being. Then, I tackled a problem of the modern employees being deprived of their connection with nature and its effect on the comfort.  

As the result, I present a rich documentation of the journey of finding the perfect way to bring the employees out to the nature again. The photo collection was based on science but prepared with humour.
